This is professional misconduct.

Lesson: It is improper for a physician to affix a sign board at a chemist shop or in places where he does not reside or work. This constitutes a professional misconduct on the part of the doctor rendering him/her liable for disciplinary action as per provisions of Chapter 7 of the MCI Code of Ethics Regulations. (Regulation 7.13 of the Code of Medical Ethics, 2002)
